Shipping Policy
Studio V06 (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Cinderella by Pooja Oberoi, is pleased to provide the following information about how we ship your orders.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- If there is any delay (e.g. due to stock issues or high order volume), we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.
- Processing does not include shipping/transit time.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders over ₹2,000.
- For orders under ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹-[specify amount] applies (depending on your location).
- Expedited or express shipping may incur additional charges — these will be shown at checkout.
4. Shipping Partners & Tracking
- We use reliable courier services / logistics partners to deliver your order safely.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of Studio V06.
- If you are not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notice. Please follow the instructions or contact the courier to reschedule.
- If a shipment is delayed beyond the normal time due to courier/logistics issues, we will do our best to assist you in tracing it.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders shipped outside India (if applicable), customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
7. Returns & Damaged Items in Transit
- If you receive a damaged product, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
- We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund for the damaged/missing part.
- Please retain all packaging (including outer and inner boxes) until the claim is resolved — couriers sometimes require this for damage investigations.
